Refund Policy

Returns We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you received a defective item, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at grantjustyanasherrell@gmail.com with proof of purchase and photos of the defect so we can evaluate the issue.

To be eligible for a return, the defective item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that are not defective will not be accepted for return.

To start a return, please contact us at grantjustyanasherrell@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for items that are not defective, including but not limited to: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns on sale items and gift cards are also not accepted.

Exchanges We do not accept exchanges. If you received a defective item and your return is approved, you will receive a refund rather than an exchange.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at grantjustyanasherrell@gmail.com.
